DRNotes is a software  application, used by healthcare providers at healthcare institutions and medical practices (“Providers”),  which may include designated associates and employees of the Providers (“Practitioners”), and clients of the Practitioners (“Patients”), to find, store, manage, organize, analyze, review information, including but not limited to personal or non-personal information, medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, procedures, billings  and accounting details. All users of DRNotes, i.e. Providers and Practitioners are referred to as “users” or “you” or “your”. Dryve IT Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Drnotes.me website (the “Site”) and the DRNotes service (the “Service”).

DRNotes is a service exclusively for use by medical Providers and Practitioners. The Service is not intended for use by children. No one under age 18 is allowed to register for the Service.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at our Drnotes.me website.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that can be used to contact or identify you. Since our Service is exclusively for use by professional medical Providers and Practitioners, we may require you to provide your medical license ID number and professional registration ID number.  Your correct name and a valid email address are required for the use of our Service. We use your email address as your login ID to ensure a verifiable identifier for authentication to our Service.

The Content you submit to our Service may contain Patient Personal Information that is subject to laws and regulations governing the use and disclosure of healthcare information of your country, state or jurisdiction. We cannot disclose any individually identifiable healthcare information in the same way that these laws and regulations restrict you. We may use de-identified healthcare information in the Content you provide to provide analytics for the purpose of improving our Service.

We may use Personal Information we collect from you for the following purposes:

  1. To provide our Services and develop new features and functions,
  2. To analyse information and trends and functionality of our Services,
  3. To provide you with technical support and obtain your feedback,

  1. You choose to share your patient information with other users or other Providers and third parties, such as but not limited to, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare applications. If you chose to share this information with any third parties or Providers, then you agree to be bound by their own Privacy Policy.
  2. If you agree that your account is to be assigned an account administrator with administrative rights over your account.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.

We shall apply all reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of individually identifiable personal patient health information contained in Content submitted by you to our Service.  By using our Services you agree to assume all risk in connection with the Content and data you submit to us, including without limitation your personally identifiable patient information and your Content, and we are not responsible for any loss of such information or the consequences thereof.

Our free Service allows you to store a permanent copy of your Personal Information and Content containing your Patient’s Personal Information on a single Apple mobile device. You may be required by our Software to enable Apple iOS encryption and security services to ensure the security of data stored on your mobile device. If you use our free Service, you are solely responsible for performing all data backups either through the ITunes application on your Mac computer or PC or through the Apple iCloud service. If you use our free service or elect to store your Content on a device to which others may have access to, we are not responsible for any loss of any Personal Information or the consequences thereof.

Likewise we are not responsible for any loss of any Personal Information or the consequences thereof, for events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of government, computer crashes, computer hacking, etc.

Your Personal Information and Content containing your Patient’s Personal Information may be transferred and stored on databases located outside of your country where the privacy laws may not be as protective as your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy represents your agreement to any such transfer and storage.

All of our employees with access to the Service information and user Content are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and have access to information on a strict need-to-know basis only.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
